BREAKING: WNBA Star Caitlin Clark gets Unexpected Offer From The Philadelphia Phillies

Caitlin Clark recently went viral, but not for her basketball skills—this time, it was for her playful take on baseball broadcasting. In a video posted by her Indiana Fever teammate Lexie Hull on TikTok, Clark was seen doing a mock broadcast while watching a Philadelphia Phillies and Milwaukee Brewers game. The video quickly gained attention.

Clark later spoke to reporters about the experience, admitting that she developed a newfound respect for baseball broadcasters. “I didn’t really know she [Lexie] was recording until a little bit too, but I don’t know, it’s just kinda fun,” Clark said. “I’ve been following the Phillies, so I kinda know some of their players. It was pretty funny. I messed up a few times, but that’s a hard gig! I did it for two minutes and I needed a break.”

After jokingly asking the Phillies to hire her, both the Phillies and Brewers responded with invitations to join their broadcasts. Phillies announcer Tom McCarthy praised her and extended an open invitation, even including her boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, a Phillies fan. The Brewers also reached out, offering Clark a spot on their broadcast.

While fans are excited, it might take some time before Clark takes up the offers, as the WNBA Playoffs began on September 22 for the Indiana Fever.
