BREAKING NEWS: Alabama Receives Another Groundbreaking News

The Alabama Crimson Tide are now transitioning into the 2025 offseason after their first year under head coach Kalen DeBoer. Alabama ended the 2024 season with a 9-4 record, capped by a 19-13 loss to the Michigan Wolverines in the ReliaQuest Bowl. Shortly after the defeat, the Crimson Tide received positive roster news when standout defensive player LT Overton announced on social media that he would be returning for his senior season. “This is just the beginning,” Overton declared on New Year’s Day. “2025 will be a time for action. This is my official announcement. I am returning for my senior year. Roll Tide, Roll!”

Overton had a solid 2024 campaign, recording one forced fumble, two sacks, and 42 tackles. Before joining Alabama, Overton played for the Texas A&M Aggies in 2022 and 2023, accumulating one sack and 48 tackles. His decision to return to Alabama for another season is a significant boost for the Crimson Tide’s defense.
