East Carolina University (ECU) fans will have an exciting opportunity to celebrate one of the school’s standout athletes this Sunday, January 5. Rahjai Harris, the 2024 Go Bowling Military Bowl MVP, will meet fans and sign autographs at Minges Coliseum from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., just ahead of the ECU men’s basketball game against Florida Atlantic.
Attendees will receive a commemorative photo of Harris’ iconic 86-yard touchdown run, a highlight of his career-high 220-yard rushing performance in the Military Bowl. The action doesn’t stop there, as the day will lead into the nationally televised ECU men’s basketball game against Florida Atlantic, set to tip off at 1:00 p.m. on ESPN2. Fans can enjoy special Holiday pricing for tickets, with lower-level general admission bleachers and select upper-level areas priced at just $8 each.
Harris’ performance in the Military Bowl was historic, setting an American Athletic Conference (AAC) bowl record for single-game rushing yards. His efforts also moved him to second place on ECU’s all-time career rushing list, cementing his legacy as one of the school’s greats.
