BREAKING NEWS: Chris Klieman Makes Another Groundbreaking Announcement

Kansas State Wildcats head football coach Chris Klieman has announced two significant changes to his coaching staff ahead of the 2025 season. Brian Lepak has been promoted to offensive line coach, while Drew Liddle has been elevated to tight ends coach.

Lepak, who joined the Wildcats’ staff in 2021, previously served as the tight ends coach. His transition to overseeing the offensive line comes after the departure of former co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach Conor Riley. Lepak brings a wealth of experience, having played collegiately at Oklahoma and spent time in the NFL with the Atlanta Falcons.

Liddle, entering his seventh year with Kansas State, has been promoted from offensive analyst to tight ends coach. His familiarity with the team’s offensive schemes and player development is expected to provide continuity and further enhance the performance of the tight end group.

These adjustments follow the earlier hiring of Matt Wells in January 2024 as associate head coach, co-offensive coordinator, and quarterbacks coach. Wells, a former head coach at Texas Tech and Utah State, brings extensive coaching experience to the Wildcats’ offensive unit.
