Kentucky football’s roster shake-up rolled on this week with three more players entering the NCAA transfer portal: defensive lineman Dennious Jackson, offensive lineman Wallace Unamba, and cornerback Jiquavious “Quavo” Marshall.
Jackson, a 6-foot-5, 338-pound nose tackle from Augusta, Georgia, is returning to the JUCO ranks, per Pete Nakos of On3. After transferring to Kentucky last offseason to provide depth along the defensive line, he didn’t see any playing time in 2023. With two years of eligibility remaining, he’ll look to reboot his college career elsewhere.
On offense, Wallace Unamba has also opted to re-enter the portal, according to 247Sports’ Chris Hummer. The 6-foot-6, 335-pound lineman joined the Wildcats during the winter transfer cycle but departs without having played a snap for Kentucky. He was one of five offensive line additions aimed at strengthening the unit.

The final departure is freshman cornerback Jiquavious “Quavo” Marshall. The Macon, Georgia native appeared in limited action during his first season and now plans to transfer in pursuit of greater playing opportunities, his agent Kobi Jones confirmed to A Sea of Blue.
These latest departures reflect an ongoing roster overhaul as Kentucky continues to adapt during the open spring transfer window.
