SHOCK!!! Raiders Owner Makes Five Unexpected Words To Colorado QB

Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis shared a memorable moment with Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders on Friday night. Sanders has been making waves this college football season, quickly climbing up NFL mock draft boards, with some experts predicting he could be a top-five pick. In 2024, through five games, Sanders has thrown for 1,630 yards, 14 touchdowns, and just three interceptions.

During the Buffaloes’ bye week, Sanders spent his time in Las Vegas, attending the WNBA semifinal matchup between the New York Liberty and Las Vegas Aces. While at the game, Sanders met Davis courtside. Davis expressed his admiration, telling Sanders, “I’ve watched all your games.”

Sanders is in his second season as Colorado’s starting quarterback, having previously played two seasons at Jackson State under his father, head coach Deion Sanders. Along with standout two-way player Travis Hunter, the Buffaloes have surged to a 4-1 record this season, including a three-game winning streak with victories over North Dakota State, Colorado State, Baylor, and UCF. Their next challenge comes in Week 7 against the No. 20-ranked Kansas State Wildcats, with kickoff set for 10:15 p.m. ET on ESPN.

Davis, 69, has been the Raiders’ majority owner since 2011 after inheriting the team from his father. Since then, the Raiders have made the playoffs twice, in 2016 and 2021, though they lost both times in the wildcard round. In 2020, Davis relocated the team from Oakland to Las Vegas, where it has played since.
